2) What we do
PureSouls provides online tools to discover and communicate with other members. We do not conduct criminal background checks, verify every profile, or guarantee that any member will meet your expectations or behave safely. Use of the Service is at your own risk.
3) Eligibility
You must be 18+ and legally able to enter a contract. You may not use the Service if you are barred by applicable law or if your account was previously banned by us.
4) Your account & security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
5) Acceptable use (rules)
You agree not to:
• Harass, threaten, defraud, impersonate, or exploit others.
• Request or send money, crypto, gift cards, or financial details.
• Post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content; no sexual content involving minors, ever.
• Scrape, copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse our Service or intellectual property.
• Advertise escorting or other prohibited services.
We may remove content or suspend accounts to keep the community safe.
6) Safety disclaimer for meetings
If you choose to meet someone, you accept the inherent risks. Meet in public, tell a friend, arrange your own transport, and trust your instincts. PureSouls cannot control member behaviour and is **not liable** for harm, loss, injury, or damages arising from interactions that begin on the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you are in immediate danger, call local emergency services (UK 999, EU 112, US 911).
7) Content you share
You retain rights to your content. By posting, you grant PureSouls a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and distribute your content within the Service for operation and promotion. You confirm you have the rights to everything you upload.
8) Messaging & moderation
We may use automated tools and human review to moderate and to enforce these Terms. We may block messages or profiles that appear abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe.
9) Subscriptions, credits/coins & renewals
Paid features (e.g., subscriptions, boosts, coins) provide access to digital content/services and may begin immediately. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in “My Account”. Cancellations stop future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds are handled per our **Refund & Cancellation Policy** (link to that page).
10) Payments & security
Payments are processed by trusted processors (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers. Suspected fraud may lead to temporary holds or account review.
11) Privacy & cookies
Your data is handled per our **Privacy Policy** and **Cookie Policy** (link both). By using the Service you consent to cookies as described there.
12) Intellectual property
All PureSouls trademarks, logos, software, and site design are owned by DATE PURE SOULS LTD. “PureSouls” and related marks may not be used without permission. Unauthorised copying or scraping is prohibited.
13) Third-party links
We are not responsible for third-party sites, apps, or services you access via links on the Service.
14) Changes to the Service
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Where changes materially affect paid users, we aim to give reasonable notice.
15) Disclaimers (legal)
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; your statutory rights are not affected.
16) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PureSouls and its directors, employees, and agents are not liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (b) loss of profits or data; or (c) harms arising from interactions with other users online or in person. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of £50 or the amount you paid to PureSouls in the 12 months before the claim.
17) Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PureSouls from claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
18) Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or present safety risks.
19) Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and the courts of England & Wales have jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
20) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
