# Refund & Cancellation Policy

Date Pure Souls LTD (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides digital services including subscriptions, credit/coin purchases, and premium features. Please read this Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making any payment.
## 1. General Rule: No Refunds
All purchases of subscriptions, credits/coins, and premium features are **non-refundable** once activated or used.
By completing a payment, you agree that you are purchasing digital services that begin immediately, and therefore you waive any right to cancel once access has started.
## 2. Legal Rights
We comply with applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws.
– If you are located in the UK or EU, you may have a statutory “14-day cooling-off” right for digital services.
– However, by ticking “I agree to immediate access,” you acknowledge that access begins straight away and the right to cancel is lost once services are provided.
## 3. Goodwill Adjustments
In rare circumstances, and entirely at our discretion, we may issue **in-site credits** (coins or subscription time) as a goodwill gesture.
Cash refunds are **not** offered unless legally required.
## 4. Auto-Renewals & Cancellations
– Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in “My Account” before the next billing date.
– Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not refund past payments.
– Credits/coins do not expire unless otherwise stated, but are non-transferable and non-refundable.
## 5. Fraud, Abuse or Breach
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or breach of our Terms & Conditions.
In such cases, no refunds will be given.
